The new PHF 80 product handling system utilizes the full cycle speed potential of the thermoforming machine, increasing the productivity of the line. The interfaces between the forming machine and the PHF have all been perfectly adapted to one another for all modes of operation.

With the PHF 80, ILLIG offers a complete solution from transferring the stacks of formed parts from the forming machine to packing the stacked parts in bags up to a maximum length of 600 mm. A guided tool change enables quick retooling times and more flexibility for changing production. The fully automated handling of formed part families are also possible with the PHF 80.

The PHF 80 can be added to an existing production line at any time and is available for the following thermoforming machines: IC-RDK 54, IC-RDK 80, IC-RDKP 72.
