The ILLIG IC-RV 74d automatic vacuum and pressure forming machine is designed for cost-effective production of small to medium-sized batch sizes. The thermoforming machine has a maximum forming area of 704 mm x 530 mm, marginally larger than the IC-RV 53d. The IC-RD 74d also operates with up to three bar air pressure, providing high performance and formed part quality, even for complex part geometries. Short cycle times and a high degree of automation during the forming, punching and stacking processes enable high availability and productivity. The machine is equipped with a time-saving quick-release tool changing system.
